Poker Terminology

Straight Flush
This is a hand consisting of a straight but all cards are in the same suit

Stud
This is a more general term that is used for any poker games in which all players get the first cards dealt face down then some cards are dealt face up with these face up cards are for the exclusive use of that player there can be however a further down card as in the game of 7 card stud

Suit
